60 Minutes did a pretty interesting piece on the history and current decline in availability of Bluefin Tuna (aka, Toro). Makes the old adage “there’s plenty of fish in the sea” seem a bit naive. It also makes me feel downright selfless for not eating sushi as much as I’d like to, as every trip to Mori seems to be killing the planet.
